Paniyaram recipe (Ingredients & Directions) :
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup idli batter
- 1 cup of Ragi flour @fructusterra
- Onion thinly chopped , ginger chopped , g.chillies , curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients, prepare the batter by adding enough water.
- Use appam pan to make paniyaram
- Close it lid to prevent dryness.
